The Jicarilla Apache Nation Department of Labor has the responsibility of ensuring that all Oil & Gas Companies comply with the Nation's Indian Preference Ordinance and its stipulations. This includes oversight of Oil & Gas Work Permits.
Construction Work Permits
The Jicarilla Apache Nation Department of Labor is responsible for ensuring that all Construction Companies comply with the Nation's Indian Preference Ordinance and its stipulations. This includes overseeing construction Work Permits. At Jicarilla Apache Nation TERO, safety is our number one priority.
Vehicle Permits
Jicarilla Vehicle Permits regulate and monitor vehicle use within the reservation, ensuring compliance with tribal laws. These permits manage traffic, enhance safety, and protect natural and cultural resources. They prevent unauthorized access and maintain the integrity of tribal lands, playing a crucial role in transportation management and environmental preservation within the community.

Delivery Truck Permits
Delivery Truck Permits regulate commercial vehicle traffic on the reservation, ensuring compliance with tribal standards. Ranch Work Permits

Indian Preference Certification
